It's important to note that BC Hydro Power Smart Shop communications are separate from the general BC Hydro communications.

If you are a BC Hydro customer and opt-out of BC Hydro Power Smart Shop communications, it will not impact your regular emails from BC Hydro.

Having said that, YES, you can opt-out of any specific communications at any time (e.g. search updates or price alerts), by logging into your profile page at shop.bchydro.com and un-checking the corresponding communication box.
